Like Brand New Detailing

💥💥I’m honestly really disappointed with the service, especially considering I paid $300. I don’t mind paying for quality work, but I do expect a certain level of attention to detail that just wasn’t there. I’ve spent years around detailing shops—my good friend owned one—so I tend to notice when things are missed. The rear passenger-side window looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all, the mirros in the visors weren't cleaned which is something that should never be overlooked. The smart liners did look refreshed, but they were left extremely slick—almost like stepping on ice—which didn’t feel safe or properly finished. On top of that, the smell of the cleaning products was overwhelming. I’m not trying to put anyone down, but for the price I paid, I expected a much more thorough and balanced job. I left feeling more frustrated than satisfied.

Excellent work, timely, and fair pricing. I have two short hair pups and my car always looks great afterward. They are very communicative and get back to you quickly.

I’ve gone to this company for my past two exterior detailing needs on my car and always excellent work! Highly recommend!

Great Service! Matt answered my calls right away and had no problems redchedualing to fit my needs. He did a fantastic job with my car! It couldn't have been any cleaner, every nook and cranny was reached with detail. Highly recommended and I will be back.

This was my first experience having my car (2018 Subaru Impreza Sport, interior only...for now) professionally detailed, and I must say that I am beyond impressed! To start, Matt was very easy to reach by phone and was able to accommodate my work schedule, getting me scheduled for the very next afternoon. As for the actual appointment, Matt was very friendly, laid back, and an all-around excellent host while I waited for the car to be done. The work was done amazingly quick (at least, to me it was shocking), and my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot. I can honestly say that the pictures I've included in this review fail to truly capture how good it is, but hopefully they provide a glimpse of it. Just an example: those WeatherTech floor mats were light grayish-white from all the rock salt from the winter and sand from New England beaches, and now they look better than brand new! As for the cost, the text message I sent my wife sums it up: "This is the best $52 I've spent in a long time!" I will definitely be coming to them for future detailing!
